Dr. Mangal Singh Mandrawal has been working as Registrar, Kumaun University, Nainital.
Dr. Mandrawal has also served as Registrar, Uttarakhand University of Horticulture &
Forestry, Bharsar (Pauri Garhwal) and Doon University, Dehradun. Prior to this, he
served as Dy. Registrar in Doon University for more than eight years. He has also
served Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar
in different administrative positions. He has more than 30 years of University services
experiences in different capacities.
Dr. Mandrawal is a State Universities Centralized Service officer and is the
senior most in this cadre in the whole state of Uttarakhand.
Having Masters in Economics and Commerce, Dr. Mandrawal has a Doctoral degree in Economics.
His research papers have been published in reputed International Journals and, he has
also edited a book.
